10 Smartphones to Look Out For In 2019 | Strike Blog

Technology is one of the most fast-moving industries. In 2018, we have seen a significant number of mobile devices released with upgrades after upgrades. With the new year rolling in, some powerhouse names have their front-runners already lined up.

10 Smartphones to Look Out For In 2019

Here are ten smartphones you wouldn’t want to miss this 2019:

1. Samsung Galaxy X
A foldable phone has been anticipated from the market for a while now, and Samsung plans to deliver in 2019. During the Samsung Developer Conference last year, a prototype of this device was revealed. It is intended to allow activities done in laptops to be handled by something more portable such as a phone.

2. Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus
Following the success of the Samsung S series, these two upgraded smartphones are set to be available in 2019. One of the rumoured features these handsets will supposedly have is the fingerprint scanners that sit behind the screen.

3. iPhone 11 and 11 Max
These flagships will take a while before being released in the market as it is rumoured to be revealed around September of 2019. While Apple does a pretty good job at keeping their upgrades a surprise, a few leaked rumoured updates that will be on these devices include a pop-up camera, a TouchBar display at the side of the screen, and a stylus.

4. Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL
There have been no leaks regarding the features to expect for these smartphones. However, the Google Pixel line has been doing well with their cameras and hopefully, the Google Pixel 4 and 4XL will follow suit if not offer something even better.

5. Sony Xperia XZ4
Sony plans on upgrading its screen with a 21:9 aspect display without the notch. It was reportedly developed back in 2017 through a unit called the Xperia Ultra. However, the Xperia Ultra was never released in the market.

6. Huawei P30 Pro
Huawei has been doing well in the market with their mix of budget mid-range phones and flagships that are buffed with specs. Huawei is set to amp up their cameras even higher with a 38-megapixel camera sensor that can take excellent quality photos even with low light.

7. Motorola Moto G7 and G7 Plus
With all the high-end phones in the market, Motorola finds its niche in the affordable smartphone category. Motorola’s Moto G-series will supposedly have a small notch to improve the size of their display. These phones are set to have at least two rear cameras but promise to have the best value with their pricing.

8. LG G8 ThinQ
When it comes to pricing, LG has been staying in the same line as Samsung. What LG supposedly offers for its soon to release unit is a high-end speaker technology. It will have a high-quality display without the notch and the bezels, making it almost an all screen phone.

9. OnePlus 7
OnePlus 7 is going to be among the first commercial smartphones to have 5G mobile internet. But it will only be an amazing feature if your area offers 5G mobile network. Aside from this, it will also be sporting a Snapdragon 855 CPU.

10. Xiaomi Mi 9
Although there are no definite leaks about the features on this phone, buyers can expect bigger screens, an in-display fingerprint scanner and a price range lower than Samsung and Apple, but with features that can give them a run for their money.
