I already have a Strike Alpha Cradle set up, can I upgrade the cradle only? 

Yes. With Alpha Cradle’s Plug ‘N Play design, you can simply select the new cradle head component that suits your new mobile phone and click it onto your existing phone mount. There’s no need to re-install.

You don't have a cradle for my device, what are my options?

Strike also delivers universal mounting solutions for all types of phone charging capabilities. We have universal car cradles compatible with micro-USB, USB Type-C and wireless charging. How do Strike Alpha Cradle Antennas Work?

Strike Alpha Cradle features an internal passive antenna that is specifically incorporated to improve your mobile signal once used with an external antenna. The cradle comes with an FME male connector, so it can be easily connected to an external antenna. This solution simply captures more of the signal from outside the vehicle and transfers it to the phone inside the car. You can also check out our Antenna Report here.

I am not getting a strong signal in the cradle. What should I do? 

While there are many different issues that can arise when boosting cell signal, it is important to note that external antennas do not create the signal by themselves, they receive the signal and then radiate that signal to a different location. An external antenna captures a mobile phone signal from a better location and transfers it to your phone. If there's no mobile phone signal where the external antenna is, then it's not going to be able to do anything. You can try our checklist here to help you troubleshoot your antenna signal.

SHIPPING

My product is not listed as in stock, when will it be available? 

If an item is out of stock, you can call us to check the availability or if you have already placed an order, we will immediately advise you of the ETA by email.

When will I receive my order?

If the item is in stock and order is received before 3pm AEDT on a business day, it will be shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be dispatched the next day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock; however, if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.

How do you ship your products? 

We can ship your orders via Standard Domestic Delivery or Express Shipping Delivery. You may learn more information about our shipping and delivery here.

What are your business hours?

We are open from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm AEDT. 

Do you have a storefront where I can shop for your products? 

We do not have a storefront, however, you have an option to PICK-UP your order from our warehouse located at 1/12 Fraser Rd, Northgate QLD, Australia 4013 – for FREE! To ensure the availability of the item, please call or email us before picking up your order.

Do you offer bulk Pricing?
